人物档案:李万泉,重庆云阳县人,1951年生。1975年毕业于重庆医科大学医疗系,即分配到原省部级重点中专暨四川省万县卫生学校工作,担任《内科学(含传染病学)及护理》的教学与临床工作。1979年参与该校附属医院的建立与内科病房的诊疗工作。1992年9月在原四川省万县卫校取得高级讲师资格;1995年受聘为台湾省针灸学会客座教授;第二届世界传统医学大会(95年5月美国旧金山)演讲学者。1985年参与当时国家卫生部与高教委委托该校编写的中等医护学校《内科实习指南》、《内科护理学》有关章节的编写,两书已分别于1992、1993年由国家级出版社(人民卫生出版被)正式出版。

Profile: Li Wanquan, born in Yunyang County, Chongqing, 1951. He was a lecturer at the Second World Congress of Traditional Medicine (San Francisco, USA, May 1995) . In 1985, it participated in the compilation of relevant chapters of internal medicine practice guide and Internal Medicine Nursing for secondary medical and nursing schools, which were then commissioned by the Ministry of Health and the Higher Education Commission, the two books were published by the state-level Publishing House in 1992 and 1993 respectively.

1994年底,在中西医结合的理论基础上,研究出"乙肝"的中医药方,并通过了中国医学科学院医药生物技术研究所病毒室的权威鉴定。于2017年底基本研制成独具特色的"乙肝/肝硬化"系列(1-5号)中药散剂。并经临床实践达到了预期效果。

关于中药"艾必治"的研究方向(药理)及治疗HIV/ARC/AIDS的疗效证论(摘要)见李万泉医师所撰写的论文(即96年李万泉医师就被国家卫生部疾病控制司视为防治艾滋病的临床专家了)——参加第一届全国中西医结合防治艾滋病学术研讨会,并发表的国家级论文(该论文已汇编入我国防治艾滋病的论文集之中/2003年4月)。
